Commercial Intruder Systems

The type of security and alarm arrangements required by a commercial concern can vary considerably based on the type of business and the type of premises. Commonly business premises will be unoccupied, and hence vulnerable, for long periods over night or at the weekend. A detailed security risk assessment is an integral part of Mono Alarms standard procedures and increasingly we would recommend some form of off-site monitoring of your intruder system. Mono have a broad experience of fitting Redcare , Dualcom , Redcare GSM and Dualcom GPRS monitored systems; can provide audible and CCTV links to monitoring stations and arrange key holder services appropriate to your requirements.

Insurance companies often insist that businesses fit security systems as a condition of cover, and they are demanding security systems to be of higher and higher technical specification. As a NACOSS Gold accredited supplier you can be certain that with Mono Alarms your Intruder Alarm system will meet all the requirements your Insurers may specify. In addition Mono have a depth of experience in fitting alarms to the standards demanded (by the Association of Chief Police Officers -ACPO) to obtain automatic Police response to alarm activations. www.acpo.police.uk

We are continually investing in the training of our staff to ensure that we provide the highest levels of customer service and are able to keep our customers regularly advised on security matters. We operate a policy of close scrutiny of alarm activations however they may occur, as part of a Mono Alarms maintenance contract, this is usually at no additional charge. For our monitored alarm customers, we operate a highly formalised system of False Alarm Contact Management, to ensure that systems operate as effectively as possible, this ensures that the threat of withdrawn Police response is minimised and more generally that you and your staff are as comfortable as possible with your alarm system.

From careful design of your alarm system, through close involvement in the training of your staff and advising on such matters as key holders (we recommend a minimum of three), and procedures for opening and closing of premises (including off-site monitoring against expected times) we aim to help you establish an overall security strategy within which your Intruder system operates.

Mono Alarms aim to provide an unbeatable level of service to our customers as the basis for being recognised as your long term preferred security provided. Such long term relationships have often started from our advisory services as a result of a general enquiry, so please contact us with any security issues you may have.
